About the District
Our client is an elementary school district in California, with more than 10 schools in grades TK–8.
The district has a well-established Afterschool program which caters for more than 1,000 students.
One of the pillars of the Afterschool program is to provide Academic Enrichment courses to students, in topics such as STEM or Art.
The challenge
The district wants to offer opportunities to their students to improve their Spanish proficiency, by including Spanish language classes in the Afterschool program.
In addition, these new Spanish classes should include a strong Hispanic cultural component.
